The study goals were to correlate temporal changes (during one growing season) in phenotypic response within an imidacloprid-resistant population, with estimated mean LC50 values. We then compared RNA sequencing data from these time points by aligning the data to genomic scaffolds to examine transcript regulation and classify possible mechanisms of imidacloprid resistance at unique phonological time points.
